Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken thighs, fajita seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken mixture to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
