Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, layer the sliced zucchinis at the bottom.
  3. Place the cubed chicken on top of the zucchinis.
  4. Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the top.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
