- 1 pre-made tart shell
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the tart shell in the oven and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the baked tart shell.
- Top with fresh raspberries, pressing them gently into the chocolate.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate.
- Feel free to add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before serving.
