- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, beef broth, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the uncooked pasta and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes.
