A simple and delicious recipe for roast beef with a cranberry balsamic glaze.

- 3–4 lbs beef roast
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the beef roast in a roasting pan and pour the cranberry balsamic mixture over the top.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 2-3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize.
- Let the roast rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For best results, use a meat thermometer to check the doneness of the roast.
- This dish pairs well with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
