Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  4. Fold in the minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
  5. Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
  6. If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each muffin.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving.
