Description

A classic German potato salad recipe that is easy to make and perfect as a side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes
  • 1 cup of diced onions
  • 1 cup of diced celery
  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and boil the potatoes until tender, then let them cool.
  2. Peel and slice the cooled potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the diced onions and celery.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the potatoes and mix gently to combine.
  6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
