Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and transfer the dough onto it, spreading it out gently.
- Use your fingers to create dimples in the dough.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs and coarse sea salt on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
