Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a clean mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the granulated sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the Jello powder and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Using a piping bag or spoon, drop meringue onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the meringues are dry and crisp.
- Turn off the oven and let the meringues cool inside for an hour before removing.
