- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually mix in graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- If desired, roll the balls in chocolate chips or additional graham cracker crumbs.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until firm.
Notes
- For a flavored variation, consider adding lemon or chocolate to the mixture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
