- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped bell pepper, onion, provolone cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
