Ingredients

- 1 package of frozen potstickers
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the frozen potstickers and cook until they are golden brown on both sides.
- Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots to the skillet.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes.
- This dish can be served over rice or noodles if desired.
