  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the frozen potstickers and cook until they are golden brown on both sides.
  3. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots to the skillet.
  4. Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
