A quick and easy recipe for making delicious Reuben sliders at home.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound corned beef, sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the bottom halves of the slider buns.
  3. Layer the corned beef evenly over the buns.
  4. Add the sauerkraut on top of the corned beef.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese over the sauerkraut.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the cheese.
  7. Place the top halves of the slider buns on the assembled sliders.
  8. Brush the melted butter over the top of the buns.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to use rye bread slider buns for a more traditional flavor.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
