A quick and easy recipe for making delicious Reuben sliders at home.

- 12 slider buns
- 1 pound corned beef, sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, place the bottom halves of the slider buns.
- Layer the corned beef evenly over the buns.
- Add the sauerkraut on top of the corned beef.
- Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese over the sauerkraut.
- Drizzle the dressing over the cheese.
- Place the top halves of the slider buns on the assembled sliders.
- Brush the melted butter over the top of the buns.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to use rye bread slider buns for a more traditional flavor.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Adjust the amount of dressing to your taste preference.
