A deliciously simple recipe for salted caramel chocolate chip oat cookie bars that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and half of the salted caramel sauce.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  6. Drizzle the remaining salted caramel sauce on top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
