Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
