Ingredients

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado until smooth.
- Add the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the mashed avocado and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
