Ingredients

  • 2 sausages, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently add the eggs.
  2. Boil the eggs for 9-12 minutes, depending on your desired doneness.
  3. While the eggs are boiling, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the sliced sausages to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Once the eggs are done, remove them from the pot and place them in cold water to cool.
  6. Peel the eggs and slice them in half.
  7. Serve the boiled eggs topped with the cooked sausage and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
