Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently add the eggs.
- Boil the eggs for 9-12 minutes, depending on your desired doneness.
- While the eggs are boiling, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced sausages to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Once the eggs are done, remove them from the pot and place them in cold water to cool.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half.
- Serve the boiled eggs topped with the cooked sausage and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
