- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth.
- Slowly add the cornstarch mixture to the boiling broth, stirring constantly.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
- Reduce the heat and slowly drizzle the beaten eggs into the soup while stirring gently.
- Add soy sauce, white pepper, and green onions.
