Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add in the chopped nuts, dark chocolate chips, dried fruit, and salt. Stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
