A delicious twist on a classic fall dessert featuring the flavors of apple cider.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the apple cider, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, mixing until well combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
