- 1 cup butternut squash, roasted and diced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine the roasted butternut squash, diced apple, goat cheese, walnuts, honey, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top each toasted baguette slice with the butternut squash mixture.
