Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine the roasted butternut squash, feta cheese, and chopped sage.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top each toasted baguette slice with the butternut squash mixture.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
