Description

A delicious and spicy chicken ramen dish topped with a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for a spring dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced chicken.
  3. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and soy sauce, cooking until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and chili paste, mixing well to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
