Description
A delicious and crunchy chicken salad infused with the tangy flavor of dill pickles, perfect for lunch or a light dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and diced dill pickles.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Add the chopped red onion and fresh dill to the mayonnaise mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken and pickles, and mix until everything is well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve on a bed of greens, in a sandwich, or with crackers.
