Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, cheddar cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs.
  4. Pour the shrimp mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Pour the milk and egg mixture over the shrimp mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pie is set and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
