- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, cheddar cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs.
- Pour the shrimp mixture into the pie crust.
- Pour the milk and egg mixture over the shrimp mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pie is set and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the shrimp mixture.
