Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter, and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the top.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- For the icing, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth and drizzle over warm rolls.

- Ensure the milk is warm, not hot, to activate the yeast.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the filling.
