- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
- In the bowl with the yolks, add milk, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
- In the other bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat and add a little butter.
- Pour the batter into the skillet, using a ring mold if desired, and cover with a lid.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then carefully flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Serve warm with syrup or fruit toppings.
