Ingredients

- 1 loaf of bread
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the loaf of bread into a football shape and make deep cuts without slicing all the way through.
- Stuff the cheese mixture into the cuts of the bread.
- Brush the melted butter over the top of the bread.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
