Delicious and easy-to-make French Dip Sliders perfect for any gathering.

- 12 slider rolls
- 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté onions until translucent.
- In a baking dish, layer the bottom half of the slider rolls.
- Top with roast beef, sautéed onions, and provolone cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls on the sliders.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the broth mixture over the sliders.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra broth for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some horseradish sauce to the beef.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Feel free to use different types of cheese if desired.
