Description

Delicious and easy-to-make French Dip Sliders perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté onions until translucent.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the bottom half of the slider rolls.
  4. Top with roast beef, sautéed onions, and provolone cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls on the sliders.
  6. In a bowl, mix beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Pour the broth mixture over the sliders.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with extra broth for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some horseradish sauce to the beef.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • Feel free to use different types of cheese if desired.
