Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté the onions until they are caramelized.
  3. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the roast beef on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Top the roast beef with provolone cheese and the caramelized onions.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders.
  7. In a bowl, mix the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then pour it over the sliders.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with extra beef broth for dipping.
