A simple and tasty recipe for French Dip Sliders that are perfect for any gathering.

- 12 slider rolls
- 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté the onions until they are caramelized.
- Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the roast beef on the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Top the roast beef with provolone cheese and the caramelized onions.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders.
- In a bowl, mix the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then pour it over the sliders.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra beef broth for dipping.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding garlic powder or herbs to the butter.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
