A delicious and easy recipe for French Dip Sliders that are perfect for any meal.

- 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the onions in butter until they are caramelized.
- Place the bottom half of the slider buns in a baking dish.
- Layer the roast beef and caramelized onions on the buns.
- Top with provolone cheese.
- Place the top half of the buns on the sliders.
- Mix the beef broth with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then pour it over the sliders.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Serve with extra beef broth for dipping.
- Can substitute roast beef with turkey or chicken.
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
