Ingredients

  • 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the onions in butter until they are caramelized.
  3. Place the bottom half of the slider buns in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the roast beef and caramelized onions on the buns.
  5. Top with provolone cheese.
  6. Place the top half of the buns on the sliders.
  7. Mix the beef broth with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then pour it over the sliders.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
