Ingredients

- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup French onion soup
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, but do not overmix.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, top the meatloaf with additional French onion soup before baking.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or a side salad for a complete meal.
