  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined, but do not overmix.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
