- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, combine mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until well mixed.
- Spread the marshmallow and chocolate mixture over the crust evenly.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Can be topped with additional marshmallows before freezing for extra texture.
- Store leftovers in the freezer for up to a week.
