- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup cooked lean ground turkey (or beef bacon)
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach

- 1/4 cup crumbled feta or dairy-free cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with avocado oil.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and almond milk.
- Fold in turkey, vegetables, cheese, and spices.
- Pour evenly into muffin cups, about ¾ full.
- Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden and firm.
- Cool completely. Freeze individually on a tray, then store in a zip-top freezer bag.
