Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a baking sheet to form a large circle.

- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange the assorted fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Slice and serve chilled.
