Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the mashed fruit until evenly distributed.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
