Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Add the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
