A delicious and easy recipe for garlic butter roasted cabbage steak, perfect as a side dish or a main vegetarian meal.

- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet and brush both sides with the garlic butter mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
