A delicious recipe combining tender steak bites in garlic butter with creamy parmesan shells.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain.
- Add the cooked pasta shells to the creamy sauce and mix well.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the steak while cooking.
- Feel free to substitute the steak with chicken or shrimp.
- This dish pairs well with a side salad.
