A delicious and easy recipe combining tender steak, fresh broccoli, and ramen noodles in a rich garlic butter sauce.

- 8 oz ramen noodles
- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Season the flank steak with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, then add the cooked ramen noodles, tossing to combine.
- Slice the steak and serve it over the ramen and broccoli mixture.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
- Adjust the garlic amount based on your preference.
