Description

A delicious and easy recipe combining tender steak, fresh broccoli, and ramen noodles in a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz ramen noodles
  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  6. Add the broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, then add the cooked ramen noodles, tossing to combine.
  8. Slice the steak and serve it over the ramen and broccoli mixture.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
