- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the scallops dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the scallops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic and lemon juice to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.

- Do not overcrowd the skillet to ensure even cooking.
