Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add the sautéed garlic and butter mixture to the potatoes.
