Description

A delicious and healthy side dish featuring broccoli, garlic, and crispy bacon, perfect for spring dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb fresh broccoli
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the broccoli into florets.
  3. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  4. In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the broccoli to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
  6. Transfer the broccoli to a baking dish, sprinkle with crumbled bacon and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the broccoli is tender and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
