A delicious and healthy side dish featuring broccoli, garlic, and crispy bacon, perfect for spring dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh broccoli
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the broccoli into florets.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the broccoli to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Transfer the broccoli to a baking dish, sprinkle with crumbled bacon and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the broccoli is tender and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
