Description

Deliciously cheesy and easy to make, these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a perfect snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  5. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
  6. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
