Description

Delicious and easy-to-make garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs, perfect for a spring dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Open the can of biscuits and flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  7. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  8. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
