Delicious and easy-to-make garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs, perfect for a spring dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 can of refrigerated biscuits
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Open the can of biscuits and flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
