Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
