Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia Muffins

Description

Deliciously fluffy muffins infused with garlic and rosemary, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the olive oil, water, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. If using, fold in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.

  • For a stronger garlic flavor, increase the amount of minced garlic.
