A fun and spooky twist on traditional quesadillas, perfect for Halloween celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over it.
  3. Use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter to cut out ghost shapes from the second tortilla and place it on top of the cheese.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese starts to melt.
  5. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining tortillas and cheese.
  7. Once all quesadillas are cooked, use the black olives to create eyes on the ghost shapes.
  8. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
