Instructions

  1. Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Pour half of the melted chocolate into a greased round cake pan, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer in the cake pan.
  5. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, carefully remove from the pan and slice into wedges to serve.
