Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the gluten free pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
